||Gamma Cassiopeiae is a type Be (for Balmer emission) star with prominent emission lines of Hydrogen. This is due to a shell of Hydrogen that encircles the star. The speed with which the shell rotates determines the broadness of the spectral emission lines. Imaged: 17-November-2001.
